Lead the Mildura branch of Rexel Electrical Supplies, driving sales, margin and service excellence while fostering an inclusive, high‑engagement culture.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers, suppliers and sales teams to build long‑term relationships.
• Coach, lead and communicate priorities to create an inclusive culture and high engagement.
• Direct branch operations to exceed sales, margin, profit and service targets.
