Branch Manager - Clermont

About the role

Elders is looking for a Branch Manager to lead its Clermont team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will manage all aspects of branch operations and lead your team in delivering an excellent level of service, supporting sales staff and empowering them to grow within an experienced network.

Key responsibilities

• Inspire and motivate your team to maximise their potential
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and give personalised recommendations to help grow their businesses
• Cultivate new sales opportunities and strengthen Elders' presence
• Drive the marketing and promotion of all Elders products
• Prioritise the safety of staff and clients and contribute to Elders' zero-harm culture
• Coach and mentor staff in identifying and developing new sales opportunities

Required profile

• Proven track record in sales management with an understanding of agricultural services
• Comfortable and thriving in a collaborative, agile working environment
• Resourceful, forward-thinking and passionate about real change for clients and the community
• Ability to deliver a high level of customer service and build client relationships
• A tertiary qualification is not essential
