Branch Concierge - Midland Hub (Part-Time)

About the role

The Retail Bank is looking for a Branch Concierge to join its Midland branch on a part-time basis, working 31.25 hours per week on a Monday to Friday roster from 9:15am to 4:15pm. Candidates must also be available to work in the Belmont branch, as this is part of the role. Rosters are predetermined.

Key responsibilities

• Build a personal connection with customers through meaningful conversations.
• Help customers use in-branch technology and digital banking options.
• Respond to customers' transactional needs in the branch so they leave satisfied.
• Interview and process applications for personal loans, credit cards and associated products.
• Call customers proactively to build rapport and invite them to a Financial Health Check or an appointment with a specialist.
• Follow bank processes, including accurate transaction reconciliation and review of customers' financial positions.
• Take part in community events and fundraising activities.
• Support the safety and wellbeing of the team and use customer feedback tools to improve service.
