Blue Yonder TMS Functional Consultant - Contract

About the role

Hastha Solutions is recruiting urgently for a Blue Yonder Transportation Management System (TMS) functional consultant in Melbourne on a 6-month contract, with possible extension. The consultant works as a functional consultant in the implementation of TMS, supporting the Solution Architect and project team through business process definition, functional design, configuration, troubleshooting and UAT.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Solution Architect and project team with business process definition, functional solution design, design review, product configuration, troubleshooting and UAT assistance
• Take part in design workshops and work on the functional design
• Work on functional settings and configurations of BY TMS and BY BA
• Participate in unit testing, UAT and SIT, and coordinate testing of optimization runs
• Help resolve issues encountered during Go Live and support business users with queries during Go Live and warranty support

Required profile

• 4 to 12 years of functional experience implementing, rolling out and enhancing BY TMS modules
• Proven experience resolving critical issues within tight timelines
• Australian or NZ citizen or PR holder only

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Order Management, Load Planning & Allocation, Execution and Financial modules of TMS
• Experience configuring optimization strategies and parameters
• Knowledge of the BY TMS mobile app, BY TP and BY BA modules, and TMS architecture and inbound/outbound integration data points
• Experience preparing training content and leading or assisting in training delivery
• Good-to-have: Cognos report configuration, BY FOM and BY LP knowledge, Go Live planning and execution experience
• Strong technical design, analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
