About the role
W Sydney is seeking a Beverage & Food Team Leader to oversee guest service and outlet maintenance across its food and beverage venues. Working closely with venue management, you will help create vibrant, memorable experiences for guests while supporting daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and escort guests, manage seating and respond to guest requests.
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain cleanliness of outlets, surrounding areas, equipment and storerooms.
- Monitor stock levels of guest amenities and ensure outlets are fully stocked.
- Report maintenance issues and use appropriate cleaning chemicals safely.
- Assist the broader B&F team as needed and perform team‑leader duties.
Required profile
- Passion for delivering authentic, diverse guest experiences.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to engage with guests.
- Team‑player who can support and motivate staff.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety and hygiene standards.
