Behaviour Support Practitioner - Penrith

About the role

Real Therapy Solutions, part of the MedHealth Group, is recruiting a Behaviour Support Practitioner in Penrith. The practice delivers multidisciplinary therapy services across the lifespan, with sensory gym-equipped clinics in Wollongong, Bella Vista, Campbelltown and Penrith. The role sits within a collaborative multidisciplinary team that values clinical excellence, knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct functional behaviour assessments and build a comprehensive understanding of each participant's needs.
• Create evidence-based, personalised Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans tailored to individual goals and circumstances.
• Support participants with complex needs through a Positive Behaviour Support approach.
• Collaborate with families and support networks to achieve positive outcomes.

Required profile

• Current registration as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner (Core, Proficient or Advanced).
• Demonstrated experience delivering behaviour support and producing high-quality behaviour support plans and reports.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a complex, varied caseload independently.
• Current driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.
