About the role
Stafford Street Medical Home, a primary care practice in Penrith, is looking for a registered nurse to join its team on a part-time basis. The role covers a range of clinical tasks within general practice.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with minor surgical procedures
- Perform child and adult immunisations and injections
- Care for wounds, health assessments and care plans
- Administer iron infusions
- Perform ECGs and ear syringing
Required profile
- RN AHPRA registration
- At least 3 years of post-registration experience
- Previous experience in general practice preferred
- A caring and collaborative approach to patient care
Required skills
- Spirometry skills and experience
- Cannulation and pathology collection
- Strong clinical assessment, communication and time management skills
