About the role
AccorHotel’s Pullman brand is looking for a motivated Bar/Barista to join the Front of House team at the Qantas Lounge in Melbourne. You will deliver friendly, efficient food and beverage service to domestic and international travellers, creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
Key responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient food and beverage service in the lounge.
- Engage with guests, answering questions about travel and lounge facilities.
- Work a 24/7 rotating roster, covering early‑morning and late‑night shifts.
- Maintain compliance with responsible service of alcohol and airport security requirements.
Required profile
- Ability to work a flexible, rotating roster starting from 3:00 am.
- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
- Ability to obtain a Federal Police Clearance for airport work.
- Australian working rights.
Required skills
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certification.
