About the role
Pinnacle People is hiring casual banquet attendants in Canberra to work across major venues, including high-end and VIP functions, large contract caterers, corporate firms and boardrooms. Shifts range from large-scale events to private parties, and suitable candidates can start immediately.
Key responsibilities
- Provide food and beverage service in a corporate environment
- Deliver high-calibre customer service and attention to detail
Required profile
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Exceptional presentation and grooming standards
- A police check or willingness to obtain one
- A valid RSA
- Food Safety Certificate or willingness to obtain one
- Willingness to wear the uniform (black tailored trousers, white long-sleeved business shirt, enclosed leather-look shoes) or to purchase it
- Experience in restaurants, cafes or venues is an advantage
