Banking Consultant, Shepparton

About the role

ANZ is hiring a Banking Consultant (Retail Banking) for its branch in Shepparton, Victoria. The role is based mainly in the branch and delivers a high standard of customer service, with the consultant acting as a role model and peer coach within a collaborative team. It is a casual position.

Key responsibilities

• Meet each customer's end-to-end banking needs through transaction activities, needs-based conversations and education on digital solutions.
• Complete customer transactions and fulfil products according to the consultant's accreditation level.
• Contribute to higher customer engagement and advocacy.
• Support bank programs and initiatives.
• Know your customer from a risk perspective and comply with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Ideally retail experience; not all listed skills are required.
• Exceptional customer focus.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to change and ambiguity.
• Willingness to work in a collaborative team.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of digital channels is an advantage.
• Sound understanding of compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
