About the role
As a Banking Consultant in ANZ's Retail Banking division, you will deliver a seamless branch experience, meeting customers' end‑to‑end financial needs and promoting digital solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customers with a smooth branch experience through transactions, needs‑based conversations and digital education.
- Act as a role model and peer coach within a collaborative team to enhance customer experience.
- Drive customer engagement and advocacy, creating real value.
- Participate in bank programs and initiatives.
- Maintain a thorough ‘know your customer’ approach from a risk perspective.
- Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Strong customer focus, preferably with retail experience.
- Comfortable using and promoting technology and digital channels.
- Ability to multitask, adapt to change and work collaboratively.
- Understanding of compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
