Banking Consultant – Retail Banking (Keith, SA)

About the role

As a Banking Consultant in ANZ’s Retail Banking division, you will deliver a seamless banking experience for customers in the Keith branch. You will address end‑to‑end financial needs, provide advice on products and digital solutions, and act as a trusted advocate for the bank.

Key responsibilities

• Drive customer engagement and advocacy through high‑quality service.
• Support bank programs and initiatives within the branch.
• Know your customer from a risk perspective and ensure compliance with ANZ policies.
• Conduct needs‑based conversations and promote appropriate financial solutions.
• Act as a role model and peer coach for colleagues.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus, preferably with retail experience.
• Comfortable using digital channels and technology.
• Willingness to progress into lending or existing lending experience.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to change and ambiguity.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work in a team environment.
