About the role

As a Banking Consultant in ANZ’s Retail Banking division, you will deliver a seamless banking experience for customers in the Redbank branch. You will address end‑to‑end financial needs, conduct transactions, and guide customers toward digital and traditional solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide high‑quality customer service and act as a peer coach and role model within the branch.
  • Engage customers through needs‑based conversations, promoting ANZ’s financial products and digital channels.
  • Support bank programs and initiatives that drive customer advocacy.
  • Maintain a strong “know your customer” approach from a risk perspective.
  • Ensure compliance with ANZ policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

  • Exceptional customer focus.
  • Retail experience is an advantage.
  • Experience using and promoting technology.
  • Working knowledge of digital banking channels is a plus.
  • Ability to multi‑task and adapt to change and ambiguity.
  • Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment.
