Banking Consultant – Retail Banking (Horsham, VIC)

About the role

As a Banking Consultant in ANZ's Retail Banking, you will deliver seamless banking experiences, meeting customers' end‑to‑end financial needs, providing advice and promoting digital solutions while ensuring compliance and risk standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customers with a seamless branch experience, handling transactions, needs‑based conversations and digital education.
• Act as a role model and peer coach within a collaborative team to drive high customer satisfaction and advocacy.
• Support bank programs and initiatives, and maintain compliance with ANZ policies and risk procedures.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus with retail banking experience.
• Ability to multitask, adapt to change and work collaboratively.
• Good understanding of compliance and risk “know your customer”.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Experience using digital banking channels.
• Ability to promote technology solutions to customers.
