About the role
ANZ is looking for enthusiastic Banking Consultants to join its Retail Banking team in the Penrith Area. You will help customers achieve their financial goals by delivering a seamless, end‑to‑end banking experience across transactions, advisory conversations and digital solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Engage customers to increase satisfaction and advocacy, creating real value for them.
- Participate in bank programs and initiatives that drive customer engagement.
- Know each customer’s risk profile and ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies.
- Deliver high‑standard service in branch, acting as a role model and peer coach for colleagues.
- Support branch operating hours, including rostered Saturday shifts as required.
Required profile
- Strong customer focus with retail banking experience.
- Passion for delivering on ANZ’s Customer Promises.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and coach peers.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
