About the role
ANZ is seeking a part‑time Banking Consultant to join its Earlville branch. In this customer‑focused position you will help clients meet their financial goals through personalised advice, transaction support and promotion of digital banking solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality, end‑to‑end banking services to branch customers.
- Engage in needs‑based conversations to identify and recommend appropriate financial products.
- Process customer transactions accurately and in line with accreditation levels.
- Promote and educate customers on ANZ’s digital channels and tools.
- Support branch initiatives and contribute to increased customer engagement and advocacy.
Required profile
- Strong customer focus with a retail banking mindset.
- Ability to understand and manage customer risk (Know Your Customer).
- Commitment to compliance with ANZ policies and procedures.
- Willingness to act as a role model and peer coach within the team.
Required skills
- Experience using digital banking channels and technology.
