Banking Consultant – Part‑time (Bentleigh, VIC)

About the role

The Banking Consultant role is based in the Bentleigh branch of ANZ and focuses on delivering a seamless, end‑to‑end banking experience for customers. Working part‑time, you will support customers across transactions, needs‑based conversations and digital solutions while acting as a trusted advisor.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customers with a smooth branch experience, handling transactions and advising on financial products.
• Engage in needs‑based conversations to understand and meet each customer’s financial goals.
• Promote and educate customers on digital banking tools and solutions.
• Act as a role model and peer coach within the branch team to uphold high service standards.
• Support bank initiatives and programs that drive customer engagement and advocacy.
• Maintain compliance with ANZ policies, procedures and risk‑management requirements.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering excellent service.
• Retail banking experience is advantageous.
• Ability to build relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Commitment to teamwork, coaching peers and continuous learning.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using banking technology and digital platforms.
