About the role
The Banking Consultant role in ANZ’s Retail Banking division focuses on delivering a seamless branch experience. You will meet each customer’s end‑to‑end financial needs, provide advice on products and digital solutions, and act as a trusted advisor.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customers with a seamless branch experience, handling transactions and advising on financial solutions, including digital channels.
- Engage in needs‑based conversations to understand and meet each customer’s end‑to‑end financial goals.
- Act as a role model and peer coach within the branch team to deliver high‑quality service.
- Support bank programmes and initiatives that drive customer engagement and advocacy.
- Maintain a strong “know your customer” approach from a risk perspective.
- Ensure compliance with ANZ policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with ability to build lasting relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and coach peers.
- Commitment to delivering on ANZ’s Customer Promises.
