Banking Consultant – Part‑time (20 hrs/week)

About the role

The S&S Banking Consultant provides face‑to‑face and phone support for everyday banking enquiries, account openings and digital onboarding. Working 20 hours per week on a permanent basis, you will help customers transition to digital banking while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver customer‑obsessed service that drives satisfaction and first‑call resolution.
• Provide accurate information on everyday banking enquiries via telephone, online channels and in‑person.
• Educate and support customers in using digital banking platforms and self‑service features.
• Assist with digital onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new customers.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, privacy legislation and FSRA requirements.
