Banking Consultant – Part‑time (20 hrs/week)

About the role

Join ANZ’s Retail Banking team as a part‑time Banking Consultant, delivering seamless banking experiences to customers in Preston. You will work directly in the branch, helping clients meet their financial goals through personalised conversations and digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality customer service, handling transactions and advising on products within your accreditation level.
• Engage customers to understand their needs, promote ANZ’s digital channels and financial solutions.
• Support bank initiatives and programs aimed at increasing customer engagement and advocacy.
• Maintain compliance with ANZ policies, risk standards and branch procedures.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus with a retail banking or customer‑service background.
• Comfortable using digital banking tools and promoting technology to customers.
• Ability to multitask, adapt to change and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using digital banking platforms and channels.
