About the role
As a Banking Consultant in Retail Banking at ANZ, you will provide customers with a seamless banking experience, meeting their financial needs through transactions, needs‑based conversations and digital solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy.
- Support and actively participate in bank programs and initiatives.
- Know your customer from a risk perspective and ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies.
Required profile
- Exceptional customer focus; retail experience is an advantage.
- Experience using and promoting digital channels and technology.
- Ability to multitask, adapt to change and work collaboratively.
- Sound understanding of compliance and strong communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with digital banking platforms and channels.
- Ability to process customer transactions accurately.
