Banking Consultant (Part-Time)

About the role

ANZ is hiring a Banking Consultant in Miranda, NSW, working part time (25 hours per week) at its branch on Kingsway. The role is based mainly in the branch, delivering a seamless banking experience by meeting each customer's end-to-end financial needs and goals across transactions, needs-based conversations and education on financial solutions, including digital ones. It is a permanent position.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a seamless branch experience by handling transactions, having needs-based conversations and educating customers on digital solutions.
• Complete customer transactions and fulfil products according to your accreditation level.
• Support colleagues as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.
• Help increase customer engagement and advocacy, and contribute to bank programs and initiatives.
• Know your customer from a risk perspective and comply with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Exceptional customer focus; retail experience is an advantage.
• Experience as a user and promoter of technology; working knowledge of digital channels is an advantage.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to change and ambiguity.
• Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Sound understanding of compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
