About the role

As a Banking Consultant in ANZ’s Retail Banking division, you will deliver a seamless banking experience to customers in the North Sydney area. Working primarily from the Cammeray branch, you will help clients meet their financial goals through transactions, needs‑based conversations and digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Conduct needs‑based discussions to identify suitable financial products and services.
  • Educate customers on digital banking channels and promote their use.
  • Act as a role model and peer coach within the branch team.
  • Support bank programmes and initiatives that drive customer engagement.
  • Maintain compliance with ANZ policies, risk standards and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

  • Strong customer focus with a retail banking background preferred.
  • Ability to build relationships and act as an advocate for customers.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and adherence to compliance standards.
