About the role
The Banking Consultant role is based in the Mount Barker branch, delivering a seamless banking experience for customers. You will meet end‑to‑end financial needs, advise on products and digital solutions, and help customers achieve their financial goals.
Key responsibilities
- Provide a seamless branch experience by handling transactions and advising customers on their financial needs.
- Engage in needs‑based conversations and promote digital banking solutions.
- Act as a peer coach and role model within the team to deliver high‑quality service.
- Support bank programmes and initiatives that drive customer engagement and advocacy.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of each customer’s risk profile and ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies.
Required profile
- Strong customer focus, preferably with retail banking experience.
- Comfortable using and promoting digital channels and technology.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing environments.
- Team‑oriented mindset with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of compliance requirements.
