About the role
As a Banking Consultant in ANZ’s Retail Banking division, you will deliver a seamless banking experience to customers in the Mitchelton branch. You will address end‑to‑end financial needs, promote digital solutions, and act as a trusted advisor to build strong advocacy for the bank.
Key responsibilities
- Drive higher customer engagement and advocacy through personalised service.
- Participate in and support bank programmes and initiatives.
- Maintain a thorough “know your customer” approach from a risk perspective.
- Ensure compliance with ANZ policies, branch procedures and regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Exceptional customer focus.
- Retail experience (advantageous).
- Experience using and promoting technology.
- Working knowledge of digital channels (advantageous).
- Ability to multitask and adapt to change and ambiguity.
- Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Sound understanding of compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
