Banking Consultant, Double Bay

About the role

ANZ is hiring a Banking Consultant for its Double Bay branch (27 Knox Street, Sydney CDB and Inner East). The role is permanent and part-time, around 20 hours per week, and focuses on delivering a seamless branch experience by meeting customers' end-to-end financial needs, from transactions to needs-based conversations and education on digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Meet each customer's end-to-end banking needs across transactions, needs-based conversations and education on digital solutions.
• Complete customer transactions and fulfil products according to your accreditation level.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service so customers become strong advocates for ANZ.
• Be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach.
• Support bank programs and initiatives.
• Know your customer from a risk perspective and comply with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Ideally retail experience; not all listed skills are required.
• Experience as a user and promoter of technology, with working knowledge of digital channels.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to change and ambiguity.
• Willingness to work in a collaborative team.
• Sound understanding of compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
