About the role
ANZ is seeking a Banking Consultant to join its Cooktown branch. In this permanent part‑time position you will deliver a seamless banking experience, helping customers meet their financial goals through transactions, needs‑based conversations and digital solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Drive higher customer engagement and advocacy by delivering exceptional service.
- Support and participate in bank programmes and initiatives.
- Maintain a thorough “know your customer” approach from a risk perspective.
- Ensure compliance with ANZ policies, branch procedures and regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Strong customer focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Retail or banking experience is an advantage.
- Comfortable using and promoting technology and digital channels.
- Ability to multitask, adapt to change and work collaboratively.
- Good understanding of compliance and risk considerations.
