B2B Marketing Executive (12-Month Contract)

About the role

Publift, an Adtech company founded in 2015 that helps online publishers and websites earn more from display ads, is hiring a B2B Marketing Executive for a 12-month contract. The role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales, turning strategic positioning into go-to-market initiatives, campaigns and growth programs that build pipeline, strengthen publisher relationships and drive revenue. It covers the Publift and carsales portfolio of Ad Tech solutions for publishers.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of marketing strategies for new and existing products
• Drive marketing initiatives across the full funnel, from brand awareness and lead generation to conversion and growth
• Build and run go-to-market programs, sales enablement and integrated campaigns for enterprise and SME publishers
• Activate and optimise growth channels such as events, email marketing and automation, partnerships, content marketing, paid media and account-based marketing
• Analyse campaign performance, generate insights and optimise activity to maximise pipeline and commercial impact
• Own initiatives end-to-end, from strategy through execution and measurement, and manage campaigns directly in a lean, agile environment

Required profile

• 3-5 years in B2B GTM, marketing operations or growth marketing
• Experience in adtech, media, publishing or B2B SaaS
• Track record driving pipeline and revenue, and building top-of-funnel awareness
• Experience with enterprise and/or mid-market customers
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, lean environment

Required skills

• Digital advertising ecosystem and publisher business models (highly regarded)
• Marketing to digital publishers or media companies (highly regarded)
