Avaloq Business Consultant & Tech Lead (2 positions)

About the role

Tech Mahindra is seeking two experienced professionals to join its Avaloq practice: one Avaloq Tech Lead and one Senior Avaloq Business Consultant. Both roles will work closely with financial services clients to design, configure, and enhance Avaloq solutions that support portfolio management, payments, trading, compliance and more.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Develop, customise and configure Avaloq components such as scripts, packages, workflows, screens and interfaces.
• Build and enhance modules for portfolio management, payments, trading, accounting, KYC, compliance and fund administration.
• Perform parameterisation, system integration and data‑warehouse extraction within the Avaloq ecosystem.
• Support release management, upgrades and production deployments, including unit testing, SIT/UAT and defect resolution.
• Lead customer workshops, gather BRD/FSC specifications and drive product lifecycle events.
• Provide post‑go‑live support, bug fixing and continuous system enhancements.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Avaloq ICE development and a solid understanding of Avaloq scripts, packages, data dictionary and rule engine.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL and Oracle database development.
• Experience with API integrations (OPEN API / Web Services) and batch processes (EOD).
• Ability to travel and work onsite with customers.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
