Associate Territory Manager - Trauma

About the role

Join Stryker’s Trauma team in Melbourne as an Associate Territory Manager. This field‑based position supports surgeons in the operating theatre, deepens your knowledge of the Trauma portfolio, and builds the commercial skills needed to grow your territory.

Key responsibilities

• Support surgeons during Trauma procedures by providing clinical and technical guidance.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, nurses, and theatre staff.
• Partner with the Territory Manager on business planning and account strategy.
• Identify growth opportunities for the Trauma portfolio across the region.
• Deliver education, in‑servicing, and manage instrument sets, case logistics, and preparation.

Required profile

• Team‑oriented, reliable and composed in fast‑paced theatre environments.
• Strong desire to grow, take on new challenges and influence decision‑making.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and at least 1 year of customer‑facing, sales or healthcare experience.
• Valid driver’s licence and fluency in English.
