Associate Dispenser – Retail Assistant (Geelong)

About the role

Join the OPSM team in Geelong as an Associate Dispenser, supporting customers through the full optical journey – from initial consultation and pre‑testing to selecting high‑fashion frames from luxury brands.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers through eye‑care consultations and basic pre‑testing.
• Assist in customizing and fitting premium frames from brands such as CHANEL, Tiffany & Co., and Gucci.
• Provide knowledgeable, high‑quality service that helps customers see clearly and feel confident.
• Maintain a welcoming retail environment and ensure product displays are up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate with store mentors and training teams to continuously improve product knowledge.

Required profile

• Retail experience – optical background preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and a quick learner.
• Passion for helping others see the beauty in life.
• Enthusiasm for high‑fashion and luxury eyewear brands.
