Associate Director, Finance Planning & Analysis

About the role

The APSA Regional Manufacturing Finance Lead partners with the regional manufacturing organization, providing strategic financial leadership across multiple Animal Health Technology Solutions sites. The role drives financial performance, supports strategic investments, and improves manufacturing network efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and long‑range planning for regional manufacturing operations.
• Provide data‑driven insights to support network optimisation, capacity planning and site expansion initiatives.
• Monitor manufacturing KPIs, cost drivers and inventory health, and drive accountability through performance reviews.
• Evaluate capital projects, develop financial models and track post‑investment benefits.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing regional finance team, fostering collaboration and continuous learning.

Required profile

• 7+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably in a regional, multi‑site manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership of regional or multi‑site finance teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics; CPA, CMA, ACCA or MBA preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, animal health or technology manufacturing is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel, Power BI and financial modelling.
• ERP systems experience, ideally SAP.
• Manufacturing costing, inventory accounting and working‑capital analysis.
• GAAP knowledge and FP&A expertise.
