Associate Dentist - Permanent Part-Time

About the role

A four-chair dental practice in a large regional town about an hour from Melbourne is seeking an experienced general dentist for a permanent part-time position. The practice has an established patient base, modern facilities and a newly vacant surgery equipped for endodontic procedures. Working days are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments.
• Diagnose and treat a broad range of oral health conditions.
• Develop treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Provide restorative treatments, fillings and root canal therapy.
• Deliver cosmetic and general dentistry.
• Educate patients on preventative oral health and available treatment options.
• Build lasting patient relationships through quality care and communication.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of clinical experience.
• Current AHPRA registration with unrestricted working rights in Australia.
• Confidence across general dentistry, including restorative treatments and root canal therapy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
