Associate – Architecture

About the role

We are seeking an Associate – Architecture to join our dynamic Sydney team. You will work on large‑scale commercial projects, collaborating with architects, designers, and consultants to deliver high‑quality design solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver design and documentation throughout each phase of the project lifecycle.
• Develop concept designs, space planning, material selection and construction documentation.
• Produce technical drawings and coordinate project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and standards.
• Collaborate with internal team members and external consultants to achieve optimal project outcomes.

Required profile

• All‑rounded architectural team lead with experience on complex commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of design development, delivery and problem‑solving.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and consultants.

Required skills

• Revit (BIM)
• Knowledge of building codes and standards
