Associate Adviser - Boutique Advisers

About the role

Boutique Advisers Private Wealth is recruiting an Associate Adviser as part of a genuine career pathway. You will start by working closely with the Private Wealth Advisers, learning the boutique way and contributing to meetings, strategy and advice delivery. Once you have embedded the processes and built confidence, you will begin transitioning clients to manage in your own right.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Private Wealth Advisers to deliver exceptional advice
• Attend and actively contribute to client meetings covering discovery, strategy and review
• Prepare file notes, strategy options and modelling in XPLAN
• Support new client onboarding and the full advice journey
• Build the client relationships that will one day be yours to lead

Required profile

• Completed Professional Year (essential)
• Relevant degree and FASEA/education requirements met
• Confidence presenting and contributing in client meetings
• Sharp strategy thinking and excellent written communication, especially file notes and advice documentation
• A genuine team-first mindset

Required skills

• Strong XPLAN skills, including XTools+ modelling and multi-entity work
