About the role
Join Australia’s leading prestige beauty retailer as an Assistant Store Manager (2IC) at the MECCA Paddington store. You will support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving store performance.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Lead from the front by providing ongoing training, mentoring, and feedback to build a high‑performing team.
- Engage and motivate staff to meet KPIs and uphold company values.
Required profile
- Prior experience managing a large‑format retail environment and inspiring large teams.
- Passion for exceptional customer service and creating memorable “MECCA‑magic” moments.
- Experience coaching and mentoring team members, with a genuine care for people.
