Assistant Store Manager – 12‑month Fixed‑Term

About the role

Levi's is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join the Adelaide Outlet on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help shape the store’s culture, drive sales, and deliver world‑class customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and execute business strategies across all product categories.
• Track daily performance against sales and KPI targets, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Support training, coaching, and development of new and existing team members.
• Oversee visual merchandising, stock management, and store opening/closing procedures.
• Lead the team in delivering exceptional customer service and resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy.

Required profile

• Extensive retail management experience with strong judgment, discretion, and diplomacy.
• Creative flair for fashion and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
• Proven ability to motivate teams, drive sales, and create an energetic store environment.
• Confidence in leading, training, and developing staff to maximise store performance.
