About the role
Hilton Melbourne Little Queen Street is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead front‑of‑house operations, including dinner service, In‑Room Dining, and large‑scale events. The role focuses on building a positive workplace culture and driving financial performance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, develop and empower the dinner team, creating a positive culture.
- Run and manage dinner service from Tuesday to Saturday.
- Support the Food & Beverage Manager with rostering and operational planning.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure synergy between food and service.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences across the Restaurant, Club Lounge, In‑Room Dining and events.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar hospitality role.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong communication and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Well‑presented, organised and a positive, can‑do attitude.
