About the role
The InterContinental Brisbane is seeking an Assistant Night Manager to lead the Front Office overnight team. You will ensure smooth night operations, uphold brand standards, and guarantee guest safety from 11 pm to 7 am.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee night audit, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
- Drive team engagement, coach staff, and resolve guest issues promptly.
- Maintain safety, security, and cleanliness standards throughout the night shift.
Required profile
- 2‑5 years of hospitality experience, preferably in Front Office leadership.
- Full eligibility to work in Australia with no work restrictions.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
- Valid Queensland driver’s licence and First Aid certification.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience using the Opera property management system.
