About the role
As a Food & Beverage Attendant you will be at the heart of the guest experience, welcoming visitors with a genuine smile and helping bring Parklands Social to life.
Key responsibilities
- Take food and beverage orders and deliver them with confidence and care.
- Provide friendly, attentive and personalised service.
- Set up, clear and maintain restaurant and bar areas.
- Work closely with the kitchen and wider F&B team to ensure smooth service.
- Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee, cocktails and other drinks.
- Answer guest questions about the menu and make recommendations.
- Support events and other F&B operations across the hotel when required.

- Warm, welcoming attitude with a genuine smile.
- Ability to deliver friendly, attentive and personalised guest service.
