Assistant Director - Early Childhood Education

About the role

Campbelltown and Kindy (C&K) Birralee Childcare Centre is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Director to support its team in creating a warm, welcoming and inspiring environment where children, families and educators can thrive. The role plays a key leadership part in the day-to-day running of the centre, supporting quality educational programs, mentoring educators, building strong relationships with families and fostering a positive team culture. It is a permanent full-time position with 8-hour days, Monday to Friday.

Required profile

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or willingness to study towards it
• Completion of the National Child Safety Training Foundation Certificate
• Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card
• Police check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one)
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
