Assistant Coordinator – Seabrook OSHC

About the role

Join our Seabrook service as an Assistant Coordinator, a permanent part‑time position offering 30 hours per week across split shifts. You will work closely with the onsite Coordinator and regional managers to develop leadership and operational skills while supporting children’s development.

Key responsibilities

• Help lead and mentor a team of Educators onsite.
• Manage rosters, service operations, compliance and administration.
• Create child‑led programs such as STEM, cooking, sport, art and craft experiences.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, schools and the wider community.

Required profile

• Willingness to obtain a national police check (covered by us).
• State working‑with‑children check and Australian working rights.
• Completion of National Child Safety Training prior to onboarding.
• Working towards or holding a VIC Diploma‑Level qualification for Educators.
