Assistant Community Manager – Hervey Bay

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager at our Ingenia Lifestyle site in Hervey Bay. You will help maintain high‑standard facilities, deliver exceptional service to residents and guests, and contribute to a vibrant, safe community.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager with daily operations and ensure site facilities are well‑maintained.
• Provide outstanding service to residents and guests, fostering a welcoming environment.
• Coordinate events and social activities that encourage community engagement.
• Handle administration, compliance reporting, resident queries, resales processes and emergency situations as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in community or property management.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with empathy and professionalism.
• Proactive, solution‑focused attitude and ability to manage emergencies.
• Understanding of compliance and WHS standards, with ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently.
