About the role

Join L'Occitane En Provence as an Assistant Boutique Manager in Belconnen and help deliver memorable guest experiences in a luxury beauty environment. You will work closely with the Boutique Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Boutique Manager in overseeing all aspects of boutique operations.
• Maintain exceptional guest service levels and meet set performance objectives.
• Coach, motivate and develop the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Ensure visual merchandising and stock management align with company guidelines.
• Uphold brand standards and promote a guest‑first experience.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar retail environment.
• Experience in an assistant manager or comparable supervisory role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team‑player with the ability to inspire and motivate colleagues.
• Ability to understand, analyse and report on KPI data.
• Interest in skincare is a plus but not mandatory.
