Asset Reliability Coordinator

About the role

JBS Caroona is seeking a detail-oriented Asset Reliability Coordinator to provide leadership across maintenance, asset performance and operational reliability. Reporting to the Feedlot Manager, the role drives maintenance strategies that maximise equipment performance and minimise downtime, while keeping site infrastructure, resources and maintenance activities safe, efficient and compliant.

The coordinator works closely with operational teams, leads and develops a high-performing maintenance team, oversees planning and execution through SAP, and champions continuous improvement initiatives that support production outcomes and long-term asset reliability.

Required profile

• Maintenance leadership experience in a feedlot, feed mill or industrial environment
• Proven leadership, communication and team development skills
• Solid understanding of WHS, compliance and risk management
• Mechanical or Electrical trade qualification preferred
• Experience in agriculture, livestock or food production preferred
• Exposure to FeedSafe, LPA or QA systems preferred

Required skills

• Strong SAP/CMMS and asset reliability knowledge
