Asset Delivery Manager – LPG Terminal

About the role

Origin is looking for an Asset Delivery Manager to join its LPG Operations & Field Services team at the Bulwer Island terminal in Brisbane. This is a key leadership role overseeing terminal operations, site maintenance and imports, with responsibility for leading a diverse team of terminal operators and ensuring safe, compliant and efficient operations. You will work closely with teams across Logistics, Engineering, Scheduling and Service & Installation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of terminal operators, build a strong safety culture and drive performance.
• Oversee day-to-day terminal operations and improve productivity, throughput and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement to optimise processes, reduce costs and strengthen supply chain performance.
• Manage site maintenance, asset upgrades and capital planning.
• Maintain compliance with safety requirements, operating procedures, licences and regulatory standards.
• Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver business objectives and a high level of customer service.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Management or Project Management, or a relevant trade qualification in Gas, Mechanical or Electrical with demonstrable industry experience.
• At least five years' experience leading and managing teams in a complex operational environment.
• Extensive terminal management experience, ideally in LPG, natural gas, petrochemicals, manufacturing or a similar industry.
• Commercial acumen, with a proven ability to manage budgets and deliver business outcomes.

Required skills

• Strong experience in contractor management, safety and risk management, and regulatory compliance, including managing a Major Hazard Facility.
• Leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to motivate teams and drive continuous improvement.
