You will act as the primary connection between Latitude and regional/store teams, ensuring partners are equipped, supported, and confident to deliver exceptional customer and sales outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with regional and store managers, owners, and sales teams, acting as a trusted advisor to maximise finance penetration and sales outcomes.
- Deliver structured training that lifts product confidence, selling capability, and responsible finance behaviours while ensuring compliance with Latitude policies.
- Drive sales growth by analysing store‑level KPIs, identifying opportunities, and implementing tactical actions to improve application quality, approvals, and attach rates.
- Provide on‑call servicing support, troubleshoot day‑to‑day issues, and maintain strong communication loops with internal teams.
- Ensure stores have up‑to‑date POS finance collateral, system readiness, and compliant promotional materials, supporting national and local campaigns.
- Maintain accurate territory‑level reporting on engagement, training status, performance trends, and risks, prioritising actions using data‑led insights.
Required profile
- Experience in partner management, enablement, operations or commercial support within retail, financial services, payments or franchise networks.
- Strong understanding of POS finance processes including onboarding, pricing, applications, settlements, collateral and compliance.
- High organisational discipline to manage a large portfolio (up to 1,500 SMB partners) with accuracy and structured follow‑through.

- Comfort driving accountability without formal authority and coordinating across sales, marketing, product, compliance and operations teams.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM and contract/order management systems.
- Analytical capability using dashboards, KPIs and insights to identify portfolio issues and next‑best actions.
- Familiarity with AI tools to accelerate insights, automate routine work and prepare reporting.
