Area Executive

About the role

Join Nestlé Professional as an Area Executive and take ownership of a high‑potential territory covering Sydney and the ACT. You will represent leading foodservice brands such as MAGGI, Buitoni, Docello, NESCAFÉ, Buondi and MILO, helping cafés, restaurants, pubs, clubs, healthcare providers and workplaces create exceptional food and beverage experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers.
• Prospect and win new business opportunities across the territory.
• Develop strategic territory and account growth plans.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and distributor partners.
• Deliver engaging business reviews and product presentations.
• Identify market opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

Required profile

• Commercially minded and customer‑focused sales professional.
• Experience in foodservice, FMCG, hospitality, beverage or B2B sales.
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
• Proactive, resilient and able to work autonomously.
• Excellent planning and organisational abilities.
• Willingness to travel regionally approximately every six weeks.
