Architect / Designer – Large‑Scale Projects

About the role

Woods Bagot is seeking skilled Architects and Designers to join its team and contribute to large‑scale, multidisciplinary projects across residential, mixed‑use, workplace and other sectors. The role focuses on design development, documentation and collaboration with senior designers and external consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and detailed models using Revit and Rhino.
• Produce sketches, diagrams, project detailing and coordinated design documentation.
• Work alongside senior designers and project leaders on diverse project types.
• Collaborate with multiple consultants, city planners and other stakeholders.
• Support a culture of creativity, exploration and inclusive collaboration.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in an architectural practice.
• Master of Architecture degree.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, open approach.
• Curiosity, initiative and a desire to learn from a diverse team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Rhino.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Experience with digital 3D modelling.
• Knowledge of visualisation tools such as Enscape, Adobe Suite (advantageous).
• Familiarity with RunDiffusion (advantageous).
