Appointment Setter / Outreach Specialist (Commission Only)

About the role

Wharq is seeking a results‑driven Appointment Setter to generate qualified conversations with business owners, founders, and decision‑makers. This is a commission‑only position focused on filling the sales calendar with high‑quality meetings for an AI‑focused company.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, direct messages and other approved channels.
• Initiate and nurture conversations with prospects to secure qualified appointments.
• Book meetings directly into the Wharq calendar and ensure accurate tracking of calls, no‑shows, and follow‑ups.
• Maintain a high‑volume outreach cadence while avoiding spammy language.
• Collaborate with a high‑performance sales team to continuously improve the outreach process.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outbound outreach and appointment setting.
• Ability to craft messages that generate replies and drive engagement.
• Strong follow‑up discipline and comfort being measured by results.
• Self‑motivated, competitive, and able to work without daily supervision.
• Willingness to work on a commission‑only basis with uncapped earning potential.
